Located in Truxton Circle, 1501 Fourth is two, two-unit, three-story residential buildings on a former vacant city lot. Each residence included three-bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms. The design was bold with dramatic areaways between the structures, creating large outdoor spaces. The condos featured built-in millwork in the master bedroom, projecting bays, roof decks, and an exterior constructed of wood and glass.
